As a result of this validation within the School of Excellence pathway, eligible cadets&nbsp;<strong>bypass the traditional simulator-based technical screening and the technical interview<\/strong>&nbsp;and are evaluated solely on their&nbsp;<strong>psychological and attitudinal competencies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These latest selections&nbsp;<strong>bring the total to 24 Urbe Aero cadets<\/strong>&nbsp;who have entered easyJet via the direct pathway, underscoring the strength of Urbe Aero\u2019s training model and its commitment to bridging education and industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are proud to see our young pilots take flight.
